你的令牌缺少必要的范围，在这里：files:write:user。

要添加其他范围：

假设您有一个Slack应用程序，请转到您的应用程序的管理页面，然后将其添加到“Ouath”子页面上，您可以在其中添加范围部分。这里是您的应用程序的直接链接：https://api.slack.com/apps。

之后，您需要将应用程序重新安装到工作区，以便更改变为活动状态。
