我刚遇到同样的问题。

看起来服务器无法ping目标地址。

我快速重启了我的开发服务器，一切恢复正常。

对文件进行了一些更改时会发生此问题，特别是在.env文件中

使用artisan命令清除缓存

php artisan cache:clear

清除配置

php artisan config:clear

重启服务器

sudo service apache2 restart

问题实际上是一个简单的错字。在.env文件中，更改此：

MAIL_DRIVER=smtp MAIL_HOST=mailtrap.io

对此：

MAIL_DRIVER=smtp MAIL_HOST=smtp.mailtrap.io

我将smtp.添加到主机前面
