文件上传，触发允许用户选择文件的上传窗口，但从那时起没有任何反应，它应向用户显示一条消息，说明是否成功，这些都不会出现

看起来它不是从public void loadProp()到上传文件的部分
有任何想法吗？
让这个回到网上真是太棒了，唯一一个从上次使用后改变的是我现在使用netbeans 7.3.1，其中最后一次是7.2 ....
