[就像@ImportanceOfBeingErnest所说,set_yticks是一个函数,而不是属性。您应该调用它并向其传递标签列表,如下所示:

y_label_list = ['10', '1000', '2000', '3000', '4000', '5000']
ax.set_yticks(y_label_list)
