[当您使用单个文件时，pySHACL无法知道将Shape文件的hr:Employee NodeShape与之关联的内容。似乎知道它何时在该单个文件中（也许它针对文件中的所有类运行？）。

所以：

1. 重命名Employee形状以不使hr:Employee类名称超载：hr:EmployeeShape
2. 添加回sh:targetClass指令：

hr:EmployeeShape
   a sh:NodeShape ;
   sh:targetClass hr:Employee ;
   sh:property hr:nameShape ;
   sh:property hr:jobGradeShape .

然后，多文件调用将获得与单文件调用相同的结果。
