PHP联系表单/文件上载附件

Question

我有一个简单的PHP联系表单（Seen Here），我想添加一个文件上传选项，所以客户端可以附加一个重要的文档，并使用PHP的邮件功能将其邮寄给我。

该表单本身可以正常工作，但我似乎无法正确获取上传附件的代码，将其临时存储在服务器上并作为电子邮件的一部分发送给我。这是我正在使用的代码：
