尝试使用npx命令，

npx create-react-app my-project

如果您使用npx，则无需像create-react-app那样全局安装软件包。

通过在控制台中键入create-react-app --version来获取create-react-app的版本。这是使用2.1.5版本为我成功构建的。您可能需要更新create-react-app。 npm uninstall -g create-react-app npm create-react-app eth-todo-list-react应该使用最新版本的create-react-app。
