我试图将我的回购发布到maven central repo。我上传了我的公钥给：

1. http://keys.gnupg.net
2. hkp：//keyserver.ubuntu.com
3. HKP：//pool.sks-keyservers.net

我甚至可以使用gpg接收他们的回复--keyserver hkp：//keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys XXXXXXXX

但是当将repo上传到maven staging时，我收到的误差低于此值
