代理是不够的，因为web3.js可以通过ws获得订阅阻止

同样在仲裁中，逐个数字块被破坏，它只接受十六进制，但web3.js假定十六进制为blockhash

如果将松露版本降级到4.1.15，则无需使用任何代理。如果你这样做，一切都会正常。只是不要降级到4.1.14，因为松露初始它在那个包中被破坏了！

简单的解决方法：只需在你的truffle-config中添加type: "quorum"，该网络应该在仲裁中运行。
