您将ViewPager的高度设置为与0dp的约束相匹配，并且没有添加任何控制其高度的约束；因此，请在app:layout_constraintBottom_toBottomOf="parent"上添加ViewPager，使其始终具有父级的整个高度，以便基础选项卡也将采用整个高度。

如果不起作用，则将ViewPager的高度设置为match_parent
