我发现了两个错误。第一线

builder.append("&count=");

在createSignatureBaseString()方法中不应该有&。它应该读

 builder.append("count="); 

这是剪切和粘贴错误。其次,方法generateSignature()需要返回一个UTF-8字符串。退货声明
