我需要调用Java中(Java8)一对夫妇的Web服务。第一个创建相关的一些元数据的新idenifier(DOI)(autoGenerateDOI(...))。所述第二寄存器的URL针对该标识符(REGISTERURL(...)。

第一个呼叫成功的工作,但是当我试图让第二个呼叫我得到一个404错误作为响应。我试图建立一个独立的程序来证明我在做什么(下)。任何人都可以指出我做错了什么?
