ImportError：DLL加载失败，错误代码为3221225501 tensorflow

Question

导入tensorflow时，出现上述错误代码，在单独的环境中使用的版本为1.14，安装成功，通过在anaconda中进行pip安装，Windows 7，安装cudam工具包，但无法成功导入tensorflow我收到此错误
