将归档文件提取到某处，将提取目录的路径添加到PATH环境变量中。

我对于Box2D遇到相同的错误。我的解决方案从http://aka.ms/vcpython27下载适用于Python 2.7的Microsoft Visual C ++编译器完成安装。然后在anaconda提示上键入命令“ pip install Box2D”然后输入“ pip install gym [all]”这将安装其余的依赖项。
