问题已解决。我不知道我做了什么,但AMD现在正在努力。

当前设置(在Windows上):

  1. 环境变量: Name: OPENCV_OPENCL_DEVICE Value: AMD:GPU:Capeverde
  2. 使用setUseOpenCL(bool foo)中的ocl.hpp来选择是使用GPU还是CPU。

最有可能的问题:在我的实际代码中,我没有进行任何计算,但是当我编写一个简单的代码来减去两个矩阵时,AMD就开始工作了。
