Active Reports 想要在网络服务上运行

我有一个 web 应用程序，我已经托管超过 15 年了，我已经使用 Active Reports 生成报告很长一段时间了。我最近将应用程序升级到 Visual Studio 2019，即 .NET Framework 的 v4.8，我现在正在使用 Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client 连接到我的数据库。现在我不能再运行报告了。我每次收到的消息是：

Exception type: InvalidOperationException
Exception message: No web service found at: /MyApp/ActiveReports.ReportService.asmx.
