PHP`use`导入命名空间导致页面崩溃

这意味着你的PHP版本太旧了。在PHP 5.3中引入了Namespaces和use语法，这已经过时了很多年。

PHPMailer 6.0.x至少需要PHP 5.5，所以更新你的PHP，理想情况下更新到最新版本（目前为7.3）。
