[Android Studio：ScrollView开始变低并裁剪内容

Question

我有一个BottomNavigation 活动，我的活动之一是滚动视图，这是XML文件：

如您所见，ScrollView并非从顶部开始。另外，内容在顶部丢失了相同数量的空间。
