PYTHONPATH=C:\msys64\mingw64\lib\python2.7;C:\msys64\mingw64\lib\python2.7\lib-dynload;

PYTHONHOME 变量指的是 python 解释器：

PYTHONHOME=C:\msys64\mingw64\bin\python.exe
