配置客户端的自动刷新在Spring Boot 2中不起作用

[我正在尝试将Spring Cloud Config Server和RabbitMQ作为Spring Cloud Bus（基于Spring Boot 1.5.22.RELEASE和Spring Cloud Brixton.SR7）的简单示例代码迁移到Spring Boot 2.2.6.RELEASE和Spring Cloud Hoxton.SR3。该示例包括一个配置服务器，一个配置客户端，GitLab作为SCM和RabbitMQ（3.8-Erlang 22.1.5）。代码正在编译，启动，推送Webhook被触发，并且还可以在服务器和客户端的日志中看到。

问题在于，客户端中未更新Git中更新的属性。在Spring Boot 1.5.22.RELEASE和Spring Cloud Brixton.SR7的基础上，它工作可靠。但是，如果我手动执行curl -X POST http://localhost:8889/actuator/bus-refresh，该属性将被更新。

可能是什么问题，或者我忘记配置哪个属性？
