Apps using the MapControl will crash unless the Downloaded Maps Manager service is enabled. Windows Server默认情况下禁用“下载的地图管理器”服务。

在Windows的更高版本（1903+）上，如果禁用了该服务，则MapControl不会崩溃，但仍然无法加载任何地图数据。您的应用可以通过检查MapControl的LoadingStatus是否为MapLoadingStatus.DownloadedMapsManagerUnavailable来处理此问题。
