结果是PID文件路径错误。
您可以在params.pp中更新PID文件$pid_file变量。档案路径：puphpet/puppet/modules/puphpet/manifests/php/params.pp
将该值更新为run/php/php7.0-fpm.pid，然后销毁并运行vagrant up，为我解决了此问题。
