TYPO3 - 多语言 - 后备

我有TYPO3后端的语言ID：

0 = DE 
1 = EN 
2 = ES
3 = CN

现在我需要语言ES的后备和CN到内容EN（id = 1）。

我怎样才能做到这一点？感谢帮助
