检查您的计算机上是否正在运行名为NVIDIA Network Service的服务。

巧合的是，此NVIDIA服务在端口9990上运行，用于Wildfly的管理控制台。

WildFly正在尝试使用您PC中已使用的端口。在您的日志中检查以下内容：“ 原因：java.net.BindException：已使用的地址：bind”

检查WildFly正在使用的端口，然后您可以检查该端口是否用于其他任何应用程序，它可能是WildFly的另一个实例，但也可以是任何其他应用程序。例如，端口80可以是apache / IIS或您的PC中运行的任何其他Web服务器。

通常WildFly（和JBOSS）默认情况下使用8080，并且看起来您有一个应用程序在此端口中监听，WildFly也为应用程序服务器所需的其他协议和管理使用了更​​多端口。使用命令netstat可以检查哪些其他应用程序正在使用这些端口，例如（对于8080端口），可以使用以下命令：

netstat -aon | findstr：8080

如果要进行快速测试，可以将此参数传递给WildFly“ -Djboss.socket.binding.port-offset = 2000”，这将使JBOSS / WildFly使用的所有端口增加2000个（或任何其他值），例如，如果您的WildFly在“ localhost：8080 /您的上下文”中运行，则现在将为“ localhost：10080 /您的上下文”。

此端口已被NVIDIA或其他进程使用。解决此问题的另一种方法是更改​​默认管理端口。
