谷歌云端控制台内创建的服务帐户（https://console.cloud.google.com）

该服务帐户“主人”的角色。

去https://play.google.com/apps/publish，并以“管理员”访问级别加入这个帐户（使用JSON文件中的电子邮件）

确定它列入“查看财务报表”选项。

试图验证收据我总是得到这样的回应：
