在我添加.yml文件和Dockerfile本身的卷相关信息之前没有显示。但是，我可以使用命令docker exec -p 8080:8080 -it dockertest_node bash登录容器，在那里我可以手动运行npm start而不会出现问题。

但是，如果我在容器中，我做touch something.txt文件只在容器内创建;反之亦然，我对index.js或package.json文件的更改都没有进入容器。

作为mentioned here，请确保您在docker-compose中安装的音量不会完全覆盖您放入图像中的音量（在ADD .中使用Dockerfile指令）

这是因为hello服务正在丢失node_modules文件夹。它需要添加到docker-compose.yml文件中

您收到此错误是因为主机和容器之间的第二个卷映射确实覆盖了现有数据。有关启动docker容器的更多信息，请访问this wiki。由于您在Dockerfile上运行npm install，因此必须确保将mount /node_modules作为docker-compose中的数据卷。

所以要克服这一点，你需要：

ADD . /var/www/app
