这是一个对我有效的解决方案，我不知道它是否对其他人有效。

我通过的protoc verion pip show protobuf 和 protoc --version 是不同的。pip中的版本有点过时，我升级了pip版本后，问题就解决了，下面三个命令就解决了：pip uninstall protobuf python3-protobuf pip install --upgrade pip pip install --upgrade protobuf 希望能解决这个问题。
