看起来python不会在AppVeyor上打印到控制台 - 输出被重定向。因此，locale.getpreferredencoding()用于在打印到stdout时将Unicode文本编码为字节。 cp1252仅支持一百万个Unicode字符中的少数几个。要在这里更改sys.stdout.encoding，你可以使用set PYTHONIOENCODING=utf-8 envvar - utf-8字符编码支持所有Unicode字符。
