根据上面列出的错误，如果您使用的是 NodeJS v14，那么它需要是 

v14.17
或更高版本，但您使用的是 
v14.15.5
。

由于这是旧版本的 Node，我建议您升级。考虑使用最新版本的 v18。我还建议您使用 Node Version Manager (

nvm
) 来管理开发计算机上安装的 Node 版本以及在 Node 版本之间切换。

另请注意，

create-react-app
不再积极维护。 React 建议您转向不同的构建/开发系统，例如 
Vite
。由于您正在创建一个新项目，因此现在是采用新构建系统的时候了。就我个人而言，我已经开始在所有 React 项目中使用 Vite。
