JMS-Websocket - 延迟消息传递

由解决方案here启发的延迟消息传递。

如果用户未连接到Web套接字,则解决方案是使用本地队列来保留消息,然后在连接时,将消息从本地队列移动到使用MessageDrivenBean立即接收/使用的远程队列。

此外,我没有使用Web Servlet侦听来自数据库(Postgresql)的消息,而是将我的数据库触发器更改为NOTIFY,并使用pgjdbc-ng驱动程序和描述here的Postgresql LISTEN / NOTIFY模式启动了异步侦听器。
