安装EC2-steps-插件时遇到问题

我已经安装了EC2-steps plugin，重新启动了rundeck，但是看不到这些步骤。在安装或界面方面，我这里缺少什么吗？

执行此步骤：

1）使用以下命令获取插件：git clone https://github.com/rundeck-plugins/aws-ec2-steps

2）使用[zip -r aws-ec2-steps.zip aws-ec2-step]在.zip文件上进行压缩>

3）现在，将zip文件移动到/var/lib/rundeck/libext（基于DEB / RPM的安装）或$RUNDECK_BASE/libext（基于WAR的安装）。

4）检查new steps可用。

提示：检查zip文件的权限，确保Rundeck用户（或启动Rundeck的用户）可以读取该zip文件。
