在这一行(定义了模型的最后一层)。

third_layer = Dense(1, activation='sigmoid')(third_layer)

你说模型应该输出1个值。然而在这里,你给了你的模型一个116个数组。

autoecoder.fit(x = [xtrain,xtrain], y = xtrain,
              ...,
              )

你给了你的模型一个116个值的数组(xtrain的维度)作为预期值。这就产生了ValueError,因为大小不匹配,它无法计算损失。
