pip install opencv-contrib-python

我的设备上也安装了python 3.7.2(Windows 10)

在导入cv2时，会出现这种情况。

ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found.

我甚至检查了Anaconda3中的python3.dll文件，文件夹里有。
