当vue-cli-service构建完成时，该过程不会自动关闭

当我使用vue-cli-service构建项目时，控制台提示：

 DONE  Build complete. The dist directory is ready to be deployed.
 INFO  Check out deployment instructions at https://cli.vuejs.org/guide/deployment.html

我使用的命令是：

vue-cli-service build

但是，该过程不会自动关闭。

通常，我不必为此担心，但是当我使用诸如jenkins的工具时，构建过程不会关闭并且jenkins无法继续。

我已经知道原因了，因为打包时我还执行了一段代码来监视文件的更改，这使得打包后无法退出该过程。
