SSRS ReportServer 和 Portal 返回 401 错误

Question

访问 SSRS 的 ReportServer 和 Portal URL 时出现 401 Http 错误。我收到 Windows 身份验证提示，然后在登录后返回 401。它正在运行，但我不确定发生了什么变化。

到目前为止我已经尝试了很多解决方案：

• IUSRS 组、Administrators 帐户和 AppPool 用户授予文件夹权限
• 在 IIS 中检查没有授权规则阻塞
• ReportServer数据库中存在用户
• 将匿名身份验证凭证从 IUSR 更改为应用程序池身份
• 重新安装SSRS
