Object value = getModel().getValueAt(rowIndex,columnIndex);

模型中的数据从不排序,只对视图进行排序。

所以你应该使用:

Object value = getValueAt(rowIndex, columnIndex);

那是从视图中获取数据。视图知道排序顺序并返回正确的值。
